1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization along with return instructions.

  • Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange products will be delivered within 4–5 business days after approval and product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Replacement products will be delivered within 4–5 business days after approval.
